3. RBXSab reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel trades/orders at our discretion.

4. RBXSab may terminate your account for any (suspected) misuse of our website.

5. We may revise these Terms at any time. All modifications are effective immediately upon posting.

Commission: RBXSab takes a 25% commission from the total pot value on completed coinflip games to help keep the site running.

4. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Alternate Accounts (Alts) Policy

1. Alternate accounts ("alts") are strictly prohibited from being used to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the platform, its services, or any ongoing promotions, giveaways, or features.

2. We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict any account suspected of being an alt or used for abusive purposes at any time, without prior notice.

3. Decisions regarding what constitutes an alt or abuse are at the sole discretion of RBXSab staff.

5. In-Game Items & Currency

1. In-game items used on RBXSab have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

2. RBXSab is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. The use of Roblox in-game items is subject to Roblox's terms and conditions.

3. RBXSab does not guarantee the availability or functionality of in-game items on the Roblox platform.

4. The on-site currency is an ersatz in-game currency with no real-world value. It cannot be purchased with real money or exchanged for real currency and exists solely within RBXSab for entertainment purposes.

6. Bots & Platform Responsibility

1. If a bot is banned, you acknowledge that RBXSab is not liable for lost items, missed trades, or any other damages.

2. Users are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of trading partners and for following all platform instructions.

3. If you encounter issues with bots, please report them via our Discord support.

7. Refund Policy

1. RBXSab does not provide refunds or exchanges for in-game items that have been lost or if our host account or bots have been banned in-game.

2. In special circumstances, we may provide refunds but are not required to do so.

3. Refunds, if given, require sufficient evidence and are at our sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Site or Services for any illegal purpose.

• Engaging in fraudulent activities.

• Exploiting or manipulating the Services for personal gain.

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of RBXSab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
